Doing One Thing at a Time

I’ve been scurrying around trying to get everything done at once these days. “There’s just so much to do,” I keep saying. But I’ve found that in the last week, I’ve done less than I usual. The Importance of Eating Real Food

I have not read his book but I agree with most everything in the interview. Since watching it, my husband and I use the term “food like substance” all the time. The interview is in four parts.
