My stepson is staying with his mother for the summer holiday. He went there about a week ago and will be there for six weeks. Doing One Thing at a Time

I’ve been scurrying around trying to get everything done at once these days. “There’s just so much to do,” I keep saying. But I’ve found that in the last week, I’ve done less than I usual. The Importance of Eating Real Food

I’ve always thought that what you put in your body is very important. Recently, I saw an interview with Michael Pollan that expressed the same idea. I have not read his book but I agree with most everything in the interview. Since watching it, my husband and I use the term “food like substance” all the time. The interview is in four parts. Quitting Caffeine Can Positively Impact Your Health
