Just a Quick Link

I wanted to link to this interview on Zen Habits with Stephen Covey. In the interview he says that he rides a stationary bicycle every morning whilst doing his scripture study. I could never do that. My husband says it’s because I dramatically move my head around whenever I exercise. I always wondered why I have so many problems seeing whilst exercising.
