After going on hiatus from this blog for nearly a year, I’ve decided to start posting here again. I took off because posting here was starting to become a chore for me. I felt stuck when it came to thinking up new topics and I wasn’t sure about what I had to contribute anymore, but slowly during the time I took off things started to change. I’ve slowly evolved. My feelings about health and personal development have changed a bit too. I have a more clearly defined idea about what I want to do with this blog now.

There will be some changes around here. Not many, but there will be a few. I’ll be putting up a post once a week and posting a link love post every Friday. It will be good.
