The Cholesterol Myth

We’ve all heard of good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. There are many commercials on American TV for drugs that lower cholesterol. Many people are on these drugs to lower cholesterol. If you’re not on them yourself, I’m sure you know people who are on them. My parents and grandmother are all on cholesterol lowering drugs.
It turns out that cholesterol isn’t bad as we’ve been led to believe. Here are three videos that I thought were very interesting about cholesterol.
