My Favorite Breakfast
Written by Lovelyn on September 3, 2008 – 1:47 pm -I love breakfast. I used to be a big cereal eater. Then I started eating fresh fruit mixed with plain yogurt. Then I went back to cereal again. These days I’m eating something very good for breakfast that I thought I’d share with you.
Ingredients
- 1/2 apple cut into cubes
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 handful (I use only the most exact measurements) sunflower seeds
- 1handful pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 handful nuts of your choice (I like walnuts and brazil nuts)
- 1 handful raisins
- rice milk
- cinnamon to taste
Mix all these ingredients into a bowl. Sprinkle on some cinnamon and chow down. You can substitute the rice milk for nut milk or soy milk and cow milk. Whatever you prefer will be great. Enjoy!
