The Benefits of Massage Therapy

Before becoming a massage therapist, I was largely ignorant of its benefits. It wasn’t until I was attending massage school that I learned about it’s true medical benefits. I know that there are many people in the world who are as ignorant about massage as I once was. That’s why I talk about the benefits of massage often.
Massage can help treat a wide range of conditions including:

- fibromyalgia
- carpal tunnel syndrome
- tendinitis
- high blood pressure
- chronic pain
- stress
- depression
- sciatica
Making massage a regular part of your life will bring you many health benefits. Massage helps to:
- increase circulation
- decrease stress
- improve flexibility
- strengthens the immune system
- improve skin health
- decrease blood pressure
There are over 160 different types of massage. With all these choices you are bond to be able to find a style of massage that best suits you.
