Most people who know me know that I love to save money on gas. I get great joy in knowing that I just purchased the cheapest gas in town. My husband has a message saved on his voice mail of me sounding ecstatic about driving by gas stations with incredibly low prices. I have to admit that I was thrilled. Walking: Your First Step to Health

We all know that exercise is good for us, but getting around to doing it tends to be a problem. I’m as guilty as the next person. Whore’s Pasta

This is a great recipe. I make it all the time. I admit I like to say that we’re having Whore’s Pasta for dinner, but I also make it because it tastes great. It’s actually called Pasta Puttanesca. I think that’s just Italian for Whore’s Pasta. The recipe originally came from here, but I’ve made some changes. The main one is lowering the salt content. Continue Reading »
